We believe the traditional public relations model is broken, with clients often paying monthly retainers for no guaranteed results. Our unique model guarantees publication for every story we write, or your money back.
Here's how it works:
Our own network is 130 owned newspapers and magazines across 17 sectors — every domain live and checkable right now. Premium placements (Time, Forbes, NY Post, Vogue, Variety and 1,400+ partner outlets) are quoted individually per outlet. See the network and premium publications.
In our own network, stories typically go live within days. Premium outlets follow the outlet's editorial schedule; the timeline is confirmed in writing before payment.
If we fail to deliver coverage or publication of your news story as promised, we'll refund you as set out in our terms and conditions. This is our guarantee.
However, we do not offer refunds if:
Cancelling your subscription is easy. Subject to your initial term, you can fill out a form or email us prior to your next billing date to request cancellation, and we will cancel your billing arrangement immediately.
If you cancel after your billing date, you can utilize remaining news stories but no refunds will be allowed. If you subscribe for a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription, you cannot cancel your agreement until after that period has elapsed, subject to any cooling-off period clause in your agreement.
The number of features published in any given month may be influenced by the turnaround time of a particular publication, whether you provide instructions in a timely manner, or whether you approve publication. You will not be entitled to a refund because certain publications are delayed.
Provided you don't cancel or withhold consent to publish, we will catch up on delayed publications in subsequent months.
Do you write the articles?
Our own network is fully self-serve: you place the order on the platform and provide your story details and links — no interviews, no calls — and our editors write the publication-ready article to each outlet's standard. For premium outlets: you request an individual quote, and after payment the team contacts you about the materials for your story.
Do I get logos for my website?
Yes. Once your story is published, you receive a media kit with downloadable logos for website integration, so you can display "As Seen In" badges of the publications where you were featured.
